INGREDIENTES
  

  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 slices of bread of your choice
  • 2 teaspoons of light cottage cheese
  • 2 slices of cheese approximately the size of each loaf
  • cinnamon to taste
  • honey optional
  • pinch of salt optional

MODO DE PREPARO
 

  • Preheat the oven or airfryer to 180 degrees
  • Spread the light cottage cheese on the bread slices
  • Cut the banana into slices and distribute on top of the slices
  • Then add a slice of cheese on top of each slice
  • Sprinkle cinnamon to taste
  • Bake in the oven or airfryer for about 8 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown
  • Finish with a little honey (optional) and then add a pinch of salt (optional)
