INGREDIENTES
  

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon of syrup or honey optional
  • 1/2 cup oat flakes or oat flour
  • 1 pinch of yeast
  • 2 chopped 70% chocolate chips

MODO DE PREPARO
 

  • Mash the banana into a puree
  • Add the egg and mix thoroughly
  • Pour in the milk and honey or syrup, then mix again
  • Add the oats and mix well. Optionally, you can blend the mixture to achieve a smoother texture and reduce the banana taste
  • Gently fold in the yeast
  • Sprinkle the chocolate on top
  • Bake in a preheated oven or air fryer at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 - 25 minutes

NOTAS

Mash the banana thoroughly; the smoother the mash, the less prominent the banana texture will be in the dough.
Consider blending the mixture for a more uniform texture, especially if you're using oat flakes instead of oat flour.
Feel free to use your preferred chocolate; any type will do. I opted for 70% as it's a healthier choice.
The recipe aims for a dense dough reminiscent of a cookie. For a lighter version, reduce the flour to around 1/3 cup.
