INGREDIENTES
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder I used 100% cocoa powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 square of 70% chocolate bar optional
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil or coconut oil optional

MODO DE PREPARO
 

  • In a bowl, mash the banana into a "puree".
  • Optionally, grease a mug or microwave-safe container with a drizzle of olive or coconut oil.
  • In the mug or bowl, lightly beat the egg.
  • Add the mashed banana to the egg and mix.
  • Mix in the cocoa powder until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the baking powder.
  • Microwave the keto banana mug cake at medium power for 1 minute and 40 seconds (if omitting the chocolate squares, microwave for 2 minutes).
  • Optionally, place a chocolate square on top and microwave for an additional 20 seconds.
  • Use a spoon to spread the melted chocolate on top of your mug cake.

NOTAS

The smoother you mash the banana, the less you'll notice its texture and flavor.
Skipping the olive oil or coconut oil to grease the mug may require more effort for cleaning, but the recipe remains practically the same.
If you prefer a sweeter mug cake without using chocolate, you can also use stevia.
